Founder, Phase One Ventures
I've built multiple eight-figure companies. Then I learned how to run them without me, how to do it again, and how to turn all of that into a studio.
Over the past decade I've founded and scaled companies across fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce, several of them into eight-figure businesses, all bootstrapped.
Building them was the first thing I learned. Then I learned the harder thing: how to hand a company to the right operators and step back, so it runs and grows without me in the room. Do that a few times and you stop seeing luck. You see a method, one you can repeat on purpose.
So I built a studio around it.
Phase One Ventures takes an idea and turns it into a real company in days, not years, then does it again. Everything I spent a decade learning as an operator, built into a machine that runs on repeat.
